free shuttles baby equipment
The free shuttles to Orchard were very useful. The gym facilities were good (I liked the variety of equipment). Housekeeping maintained a high standard. The hotel also provided baby equipment free of charge.
The breakfast setting felt very busy. It felt a little like being in an airport.

club refusal disappointing experience
The gym was great and well-equipped (I used the free weights).
The Horizon Club experience was quite disappointing. I requested tea for my godparents at the club, but staff outright refused. Apparently, years of loyalty meant nothing. I was shocked by this treatment.

great sauna green environment
The gym has a great sauna and fitness equipment. A green environment surrounds the area, it is VERY clean. Breakfast was AMAZING.
i noticed there were too many children AND they were noisy.

fabulous stay!
very nice food friendly staff lovely stay
I had such a fabulous stay. it is worth every penny. the food, facilities, and staff were all very nice. the housekeeping services were also really good. Warren was so great. he contributed to my stay being comfortable and lovely.
During the check-in, an exorbitant security deposit was charged. Their system crashed when payment was made. i found this situation quite disconcerting.

The hotel provides a taxi service, and staff readily assist during busy periods. That is really convenient! hashim greets guests at the entrance, while raimond, ravi, and tharu help near the pool.
